The 'Disney 100 Years Special Exhibition,' which highlights the past footsteps of The Walt Disney Company, has landed in Seoul.
Exhibition Hub announced on the 21st that it will be showcased at Seoul K Contemporary Art Museum until December 31, marking its Asia premiere. Under themes such as 'The Spirit of Adventure and Discovery,' 'The Magic of Music and Sound,' and 'Where Do Stories Come From?', it introduces various stories from the birth of the iconic character 'Mickey Mouse' to the recent Marvel Universe.
This exhibition comprehensively covers everything about Disney. Spanning a 1,000-pyeong space from the 1st to the 4th floor, it displays original scripts, screenplays, movie props and costumes, personal items such as letters and notes from Walt Disney, and exhibits related to the Disney World theme park.
It also reveals collections of the founder Walt Disney. These include the stock certificate of 'Laugh-O-Gram,' the first animation company he established, and the contract document for 'Alice Comedy,' known as the founding agreement of The Walt Disney Company.
