Mark Rutte, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), stated on the 18th (local time) regarding the National Intelligence Service's announcement that North Korea has decided to dispatch a large-scale force to Russia, that he is "in close contact with all partner countries, especially South Korea."
At a press conference at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, on the afternoon of the same day, Secretary General Rutte responded to questions about North Korea's troop dispatch by saying, "We will communicate to secure all evidence related to the dispatch."
