Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold Second Half 'Staff Legal Education' on 17th-18th
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct a second half-year mobile legal education session for about 90 staff members within the province over two days, from the 17th to the 18th of this month.
This training is designed to help field practitioners understand the Office of Education's autonomous regulations (ordinances, rules, and directives) and administrative litigation, and to enhance legislative capabilities and practical skills.
The main training topics include ▲ Basic Administrative Law ▲ Legal knowledge in daily life ▲ Understanding education-related laws ▲ Methods for searching and updating legal information.
The Basic Administrative Law section explains the overall principles and fundamentals of administration, while the Legal knowledge in daily life section focuses on civil law to help understand legal aspects of common situations encountered in everyday life.
The Understanding education-related laws section provides guidance centered on the system of education-related laws and an overview of major education-related laws, and the Methods for searching and updating legal information section offers practical content that can be usefully applied in the field.
Jeong Eun-ji, the Administrative Legal Affairs Officer at the Office of Education, stated, "We hope this training will be an opportunity to improve the legal work capabilities of staff and to strengthen the fundamentals of educational autonomy regulations."
