Yangju City Art Creation Studio Resident Artists Hold Exchange Exhibition 'Mulkko'
Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 14th that it will hold a resident artist exchange exhibition titled 'Mulkkwo' on the 3rd floor gallery of the Yangju Municipal Art Creation Studio until the 26th.
This exchange exhibition is hosted by the Yangju Municipal Art Creation Studio and features resident artists from Goyang City's art creation spaces Ha-eum and Saedeul, as well as Ghana Atelier.
The exchange of art creation spaces expanding beyond Yangju City to neighboring areas holds significant meaning.
'Mulkkwo' is a metaphorical expression meaning the beginning of something, and through this exhibition, it aims to motivate young artists in their creative work and present new paths for the development and growth of the residency.
Visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and admission is free.
During the exhibition period, an open studio will be held at the Yangju Municipal Art Creation Studio on the 25th and 26th.
On the 25th, a critique workshop will take place, and on the 26th, an experiential program to enjoy with the resident artists will be conducted in collaboration with Ghana Atelier.
