He created this government-operated tea plantation to reduce the tea tribute burden on the people. To further promote Kim Jongjik's spirit of caring for the people, Hamyang County is currently pursuing a project to develop the surrounding area as a tourist resource while linking it to increased income for local farmers.
Jin also visited the construction site of the Gotae Village community center, a long-awaited project for local residents, and the site for maintenance of the public sports ground. He listened directly to the vivid opinions of the residents and sought prompt solutions. This policy of communication and empathy has significantly shortened the time required to resolve civil complaints, earning strong support from the residents.
Jin emphasized, "To create a Hamyang where all residents are happy, it is essential to visit the field frequently and communicate directly. Going forward, I will continue to review all pending projects from the residents' perspective and provide the best possible administration that will satisfy them."
