"Entrust Your Special Cargo"... Hyundai Glovis Participates in the Largest Heavy Cargo Exhibition in the US
Promoting Securing Shippers Outside the Group

Hyundai Glovis is showcasing its transportation capabilities and strengthening its sales activities by participating in North America's largest heavy cargo exhibition.
Hyundai Glovis announced on the 14th that it will participate in the 'Breakbulk America 2024' event held from the 15th to 17th in Houston, Texas, USA.
Breakbulk cargo refers to large heavy cargo that cannot be loaded into containers. Representative special cargo includes power generation equipment, electric vehicles, aircraft, and mining equipment. Approximately 360 international companies related to logistics transportation, including global shipping companies, heavy equipment, railroads, and ports, are expected to participate in this event.
Breakbulk cargo is advantageously transported by car carriers or bulk carriers, which have fewer space constraints than container ships when loading. Hyundai Glovis operates two types of vessels: car carriers and bulk carriers, allowing it to offer customized transportation for various forms of breakbulk cargo. Through this, the company aims to discover new shippers outside the Hyundai Motor Group.
Additionally, Hyundai Glovis plans to secure business opportunities in collaboration with inland transportation logistics companies and freight forwarders. Based on its global network of over 100 overseas bases, Hyundai Glovis intends to provide end-to-end (E2E) logistics solutions by linking sea-transported cargo to land transportation until the final destination.
