Meditation Lecture and Musical 'Marigold' Performance
Civil servants of grade 7 and below in Ulsan City will receive education focused on mental health care through meditation and performances.
Ulsan City and the Ulsan Metropolitan Mental Health Welfare Center announced that they will hold the 2024 Ulsan Metropolitan City Happiness Enrichment Education for civil servants of grade 7 and below at 3:30 PM on the 2nd floor main auditorium of City Hall on the 8th.
This education program is designed for 300 civil servants of grade 7 and below who experience psychological stress due to heavy workloads and civil complaints, with the aim of strengthening mental health and fostering a culture of respect for life.
The main programs include stress management meditation and a musical performance titled "Marigold."
Through meditation, participants will have time to relieve stress and find psychological stability. The following musical "Marigold" will feature the process of suicide cafe members overcoming their wounds, delivering a positive message in line with the marigold flower's meaning of "happiness that will surely come."
