BAT Rossmann announced on the 4th that it has been selected for the third consecutive year as one of the 'Top 100 Companies to Work for in Korea in 2024' by GPTW Korea, an organization that evaluates corporate culture.
GPTW Korea evaluates companies' trustworthiness and work environments annually through the 'Trust Index (TI)' survey. This survey consists of 60 questions based on five core elements: trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Through this, it comprehensively analyzes internal corporate culture and employee satisfaction.
In this survey, BAT Rossmann received excellent evaluations in terms of pride, leadership, and work-life balance. According to the company, the results showed that BAT Rossmann employees feel a deep pride in their work achievements and demonstrate strong enthusiasm for collaboration and goal attainment within the organization. Additionally, the flexible vacation system, transparency of leadership, and trust in ethics contributed to positive evaluations across the overall corporate culture.
