Ulsan Office of Education Strengthens Special Education Teachers' Guidance Skills for High School Credit System
Training on Elective Subject Guidance for Providing Student-Centered Education
Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Chun Changsoo) is strengthening the instructional capabilities of special education teachers for elective subjects to ensure the stable implementation of the high school credit system.
In preparation for the full-scale implementation of the high school credit system next year, the Ulsan Office of Education operated a relay training program to enhance the subject-teaching expertise of special education teachers, aiming to provide customized education for students in special education settings.
The training sessions were held on the 21st and 28th at the Park Sangjin Hall of the Educational Research and Information Institute, targeting over 50 special education teachers.
The program consisted of four sessions, combining theoretical lectures and practical exercises to improve both the instructional and practical skills of special education teachers.
The training focused on subjects such as health and nursing, information processing, and horticulture (floriculture and vegetable cultivation), with content including hands-on practice.
