Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, Encourages Participants at Mapo-gu Association President's Badminton Tournament
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the opening ceremony of the 35th Mapo District President's Badminton Tournament held at the Mapo District Sports Center on the morning of the 29th.
Hosted by the Mapo District Sports Council and organized by the Mapo District Badminton Association, approximately 800 participants and officials attended the tournament, which began with men's and women's doubles preliminary matches starting at 8 a.m.
The opening ceremony held at 11 a.m. proceeded in the order of ▲returning the championship flag ▲awarding meritorious service commendations ▲oath-taking by the player representatives, followed by the men's and women's doubles main matches continuing until 7 p.m.
