HanmiGlobal Selected as 8th Top Global Construction Project Management Company
HanmiGlobal announced on the 26th that it ranked 8th in the world in the construction business and project management (CM·PM) sector in the '2024 ENR Top International Survey' released by the global construction magazine ENR.
This ranking is based on the sales of global CM·PM companies excluding the United States. HanmiGlobal was selected as 8th in total sales with a combined domestic and international CM·PM revenue of $244.8 million (approximately 325.9 billion KRW) last year. This is a two-step rise from the 10th place ranking recorded last year. In terms of overseas sales ($111.2 million, approximately 148 billion KRW), it ranked 12th.
ENR annually publishes rankings of outstanding companies in the global construction industry based on the previous year's sales performance. HanmiGlobal's overseas sales ratio in the first half of this year reached 57.7%. The solid performance of overseas subsidiaries such as OTAK in the United States and K2 and Walker Sime in the United Kingdom contributed to this. Last year, it secured projects such as the Abdullah New City development project in Kuwait and the construction of worker accommodation complexes for the NEOM City project in Saudi Arabia. Domestically, it is diversifying its business areas into energy infrastructure sectors such as high-tech plants, data centers, and combined heat and power plant modernization projects, as well as reconstruction maintenance projects and public sector CM.
