View original imageOn the 25th, Seoul held the 13th Urban and Architectural Joint Committee meeting and announced on the 26th that it had approved a revised district unit plan for the construction of long-term rental housing in the area of 235-53 Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu.
The station area site will be developed with high density to supply long-term rental housing. With this review, the site will be reborn as a complex of 6 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 1,209 units. Among these, 268 units will be supplied as long-term rental housing. Additionally, the aging Solbat Library within the project site will be rebuilt, and a park will be installed on the northern side of the site to provide green spaces and resting areas for pedestrians.
