[Report] 'Resort Special City' Wang Lopu: "Eat, Enjoy, and Relax Within the Complex"
Various Leisure Activities for All Ages
Affordable Healthy Meals with '3-Meal Service'
As we approached Wanggil Station Royal Park City by DK Asia, a 330-meter-long gate caught our attention. Upon entering the complex, various sculptures and fountains elevated the prestige of the community. It felt like stepping into a castle somewhere in Western Europe. The five massive gardens, pine trees planted throughout, and the silver magnolia known as 'Manrihyang' made the complex stand out even more. Constructed under the concept of a 'Resort Special City' in the area of 133-3, Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Wanggil Station Royal Park City presents a new paradigm of residential culture.

These facilities were designed so residents could enjoy various leisure activities without leaving the premises. An indoor golf course, a swimming pool equipped with chandeliers, a movie theater, and an outdoor camping site were all being prepared. An outdoor pool in the form of a water park was also under construction. The effort to satisfy all age groups, from children to adults, was evident. A DK Asia representative said, "Residents can watch the latest movies without going to a cinema and enjoy outdoor activities like water play depending on the season." The walking paths, which feel like strolling through a forest, shine even more beautifully when illuminated at night.
Among the services for residents, the '3-Meal Service' attracted attention. This service offers three healthy meals a day at an affordable price. DK Asia already provides this service at 'Geomam Station Royal Park City.' At Wanggil Station Royal Park City, outdoor spaces have been created so residents can dine outside as well. Residents can also use the Royal Marina service, which operates a 66-foot power catamaran yacht along the Ara Waterway.
Five themed gardens will be established around the complex. The gardens will cover approximately 66,000 square meters, about ten times the size of a soccer field. Despite the luxurious community facilities and massive gardens, residents are not expected to worry about maintenance fees. DK Asia cited Geomam Station Royal Park City as an example, explaining, "The average monthly maintenance fee for an 84㎡ exclusive area is around 150,000 to 170,000 KRW, of which about 25,000 KRW is for community facility usage." They added, "Since Wanggil Station Royal Park City is smaller in scale, the cost burden may be even less."
