It emphasizes not only the improvement of employees' physical working environment but also efforts to prevent workplace harassment and create a safe workplace where human rights are respected.
Kim Dongseob, the president, who emphasized a culture of respect as a way for employees to work happily, said, "Not only the success of our business but also the establishment of a culture of mutual respect within the company can only be achieved with heartfelt determination," adding, "With this declaration ceremony as a starting point, we will strive to spread a culture of mutual respect and create a workplace where employees are happy."
Korea National Oil Corporation has been recognized for successfully establishing a safety culture since Kim Dongseob took office, and plans to further spread a culture of respect for human rights through executive-led mutual respect campaigns in the future.
