Designing a Life That Ages Slowly... The 22nd Uljin-gun Thursday Special Lecture Held
Uljin County in North Gyeongsang Province will hold the 22nd Thursday Special Lecture on the 26th at the Uljin County Office main conference room, inviting Professor Jung Heewon from the Department of Geriatrics at Asan Medical Center in Seoul to speak on the topic "Designing a Life that Ages Slowly."
In this special lecture, Professor Jung Heewon will introduce practical "slow aging" lifestyle methods based on her extensive experience and cases as a geriatric physician. She will share concrete ways to wisely manage aging, maintain youthfulness, and lead a healthy and vibrant life in the era of 100-year lifespans.
Professor Jung Heewon, the guest speaker, has appeared on numerous programs such as tvN's "Accidental Adult" and KBS's "The Secret of Birth, Aging, Sickness, and Death." She is currently actively communicating with the public through her YouTube channel "Jung Heewon's Slow Aging."
