At around 2:30 a.m. on the 21st, a vehicle was more than half submerged in water on a road near Naedong Shopping District in Seongsan-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam due to heavy rainfall.

On this day, a heavy rain warning was issued for the Gyeongnam region, and approximately 130mm of torrential rain fell in Changwon between midnight and 2 a.m.
