Suwon City "Get Your Passport Reissued in One Visit"
The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province is launching the 'Online Passport Reissuance Application Service,' allowing passports to be issued with a single visit.
Online applicants can apply through the Government24 website or the KB Star Banking app, then visit the Suwon City Passport Civil Service Office to collect their passports.
Applicants must bring their existing passport if it is still valid; if there is no valid existing passport, an ID card must be presented.
The applicant must collect the passport in person, and once the preferred collection agency is selected, it cannot be changed.
Passport photos must meet the following criteria: ▲taken within the last 6 months ▲file size under 500kb ▲file format JPG/JPEG ▲recommended dimensions of 413 pixels width by 531 pixels height ▲recommended resolution of 300dpi. Passport photo regulations can be checked on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
Applicants under 18 years old, first-time electronic passport applicants, diplomatic or official passport applicants, emergency passport applicants, habitual loss applicants, those under administrative sanctions, and those wishing to change the Romanized spelling of their name are not eligible to apply.

For those who have not completed military service, only passports with a 5-year validity can be issued. To receive a passport with a 10-year validity, additional documents must be submitted and an in-person application is required.
