Jeonbuk Bank (President Baek Jong-il) is publicly recruiting new employees for 2024.
The recruitment field is general finance, divided into local talent and general talent. Every year, 70-80% of the recruitment quota is allocated to local talent to secure excellent talent within the region. This year, Jeonbuk Bank plans to recruit more than 80% local talent.
The recruitment process will be conducted in a blind manner focusing on evaluating the applicant's job competency. To enhance fairness and transparency, this new employee recruitment will include AI competency tests and plagiarism checks on application forms.
The selection schedule begins on the 19th with online application submissions through Jeonbuk Bank's dedicated recruitment website. After document screening, online written tests, and first and second interview rounds, the final successful candidates will be announced in early November.
Meanwhile, Jeonbuk Bank participated in the '2024 Financial Sector Joint Recruitment Fair' held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul on October 21-22, where they met job seekers aspiring to work in the financial sector and provided recruitment information and counseling.
