Kyobo Securities Announces Public Offering of Pre-Tax 5.07% Annual Monthly-Payment Principal-Protected ELB
Kyobo Securities announced on the 19th that it will hold a public offering for one type of Equity-Linked Bond (ELB) until the 27th.
ELB Series 367 is a 3-year principal-protected product with monthly payments, based on Kia common stock as the underlying asset.
On each monthly income evaluation date, if the underlying asset's valuation price is at least 85% of the initial reference price, a pre-tax return of 0.4225% per month (5.07% annually) will be paid. If the valuation price is below 85% of the initial reference price on the monthly income evaluation date, no income will be paid.
Additionally, an early redemption opportunity is provided every six months. If the closing price of the underlying asset on the automatic early redemption evaluation date is 102% or higher, the principal will be paid and the bond will be redeemed early.
Even if the underlying asset's maturity valuation price is below 102% on the maturity evaluation date, the principal will be paid. However, early redemption may result in principal loss.
The minimum subscription amount for this product is 1,000,000 KRW, and subscriptions can be made in units of 100,000 KRW.
