[Tomorrow's Weather] Full Moon of Hangawi Amid Clouds... Daytime Feels Like 35 Degrees
On Tuesday the 17th, which is also Chuseok, there will be occasional clouds nationwide and showers in most areas.
Expected rainfall amounts are 5 to 60 mm in the Jeolla region, 5 to 40 mm in the Gyeongsang region and Jeju Island, and 5 to 30 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and the Chungcheong region.
At night, the showers will gradually cease, and the full moon of Hangawi can be seen through the clouds.
The moon will rise at 6:17 PM in Seoul, 6:14 PM in Daejeon, 6:15 PM in Gwangju, 6:09 PM in Daegu, and 6:06 PM in Busan.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be between 22 and 27 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 29 and 34 degrees Celsius.
With heatwave warnings issued for the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, southern regions, and Jeju, the highest perceived temperatures will rise to around 33 to 35 degrees Celsius, making it very hot. Some southern areas are expected to exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in all coastal waters including the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are forecasted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
