Prosecution: "Strict Response to Medical Staff Mockery and Contempt Crimes"
The prosecution has requested an arrest warrant for a resigning resident doctor who disclosed the names of doctors and medical students who did not participate in collective action in the medical community and protected medical sites on social networking services (SNS) and other platforms.

According to the Public Investigation Division 3 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Tae-hoon), the prosecution filed a preliminary arrest warrant on the same day against resident doctor A for posting the so-called 'medical community blacklist' on Medistaff and Telegram.
Earlier, the police applied for a preliminary arrest warrant against A on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act. Initially, A was booked on charges including the Personal Information Protection Act, but after legal review, the police applied the Stalking Punishment Act charges and ultimately requested an arrest warrant on those grounds.
The Stalking Punishment Act is a law that punishes criminal acts of posting personal information online against the will of the person concerned, causing anxiety and fear to the victim.
