View original imageBithumb announced on the 13th that it donated 100 blood donation certificates to the Korea Marrow Donor Program Association.
On the 12th, Bithumb held a donation ceremony to deliver 100 blood donation certificates collected through the August blood donation event to the Korea Marrow Donor Program Association.
Since 2022, Bithumb has been conducting blood donation events and donating blood donation certificates quarterly. Including this donation, they have donated a total of 400 blood donation certificates.
The donated blood donation certificates will be used for patients battling blood cancers such as leukemia. According to the Korean Red Cross, the number of blood donations in Korea last year was about 2.77 million, which is less than the 3 million annual donations needed for a stable blood supply.
