Kim Jeonggak, President of Korea Securities Finance, Participates in 'ByeBye Plastic Challenge'
Seo Yuseok Nominated as Chairman of the Korea Financial Investment Association
On the 10th, Korea Securities Finance announced that President Kim Jeong-gak participated in the "Bye Bye Plastic Challenge (BBP Challenge)".
Bye Bye Plastic (BBP) is a nationwide campaign led by the Ministry of Environment aimed at reducing unnecessary plastic use in daily life and promoting responsible consumption.
This challenge is a relay campaign where the nominated participant must film a gesture of waving both hands to signify "bye".
After filming the hand-waving gesture, President Kim Jeong-gak posted a message about reducing plastic use on the Korea Securities Finance website.
Having been nominated by Seo Yoo-seok, Chairman of the Korea Financial Investment Association, President Kim Jeong-gak recommended Hwang Seong-yeop, President of Shin Young Securities, as the next participant in the relay.

Kim Jeong-gak, President of Korea Securities Finance, stated, "For a sustainable future, social awareness and action regarding plastic waste issues are necessary," adding, "Together with the employees of Korea Securities Finance, we will actively participate in Bye Bye Plastic (BBP) by practicing the use of tumblers instead of disposable products."
