Government Employees Pension Service Launches 'Visiting Health Coaching Program'
The Government Employees Pension Service announced on the 6th that it conducted a "Visiting Health Coaching Program" for government employees at the Government Complex Sejong the previous day.
This program was implemented for the first time this year to assess the physical and mental condition of government employees and provide appropriate health management methods.
At the health booth, the Service conducted individual health assessments, consultations, and customized exercise prescription programs. Additionally, Dr. Park Min-su gave a lecture on health management methods in daily life, focusing on "Metabolic Syndrome," a major disease among public officials.
A government employee who participated in the program said, "It was a great opportunity to learn about my physical condition and ways to take action, and I think I can apply it immediately in my daily life."
