GH Excels in Human Rights Management... 'Human Rights Management System' Certified for 5 Consecutive Years
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) received the 'Human Rights Management System' certification from the Korea Management Certification Institute on the 5th. With this, GH has been certified for the Human Rights Management System for five consecutive years.
In December last year, GH established the 'GH Human Rights Center,' which independently investigates and handles human rights violation cases such as sexual harassment, sexual violence, and workplace bullying, strengthening the corporation's human rights protection. The Human Rights Center also linked with psychological counseling services to protect employees' mental health, prevent human rights violations, and support victims.
In August this year, GH held a human rights conference to share the latest trends in human rights management and designated 38 human rights protection officers among department-level executives, further spreading a culture of respect for human rights.
