Guro-gu Hosts the 9th France Cultural Festival
On the 28th and 29th at Anyangcheon Smart Garden, 'France Culture Festival' Held... Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) will hold the 9th French Culture Festival over two days on the 28th and 29th at Anyangcheon Smart Garden (a 10-minute walk from Dorimcheon Station).
On the 28th, the event will begin with a pre-ceremony performance at 1 PM, followed by the opening ceremony at 4 PM. The festival will captivate audiences with performances by French invited singer Robin, the ELDEGEE band, and popular domestic singers such as popera artist Charis, chanson singer Monsieur Go, and the band Dongmulwon.
On the 29th, there will be an indie band performance at 1 PM and a house DJ performance at 8 PM.
In addition, experience booths such as ▲keyring making ▲caricature drawing ▲porcelain art, and dessert booths offering ▲French desserts ▲handmade syrup drinks and wine tastings will be operated. Various French-style photo zones, including a Versailles-style mini garden and a miniature Eiffel Tower, will be installed to provide abundant sights and entertainment.
The photo zones will be open until October 26.
Considering the large crowds expected at the festival, the district will deploy safety management personnel throughout the venue and regularly patrol the area to manage visitor flow. Furthermore, close cooperation with related organizations such as the Guro Police Station and Guro Fire Station will ensure the safe operation of the festival.
A Guro-gu official said, “We hope everyone will create precious memories while experiencing and enjoying the unique French culture at Anyangcheon Smart Garden,” adding, “We will do our utmost to prepare so that all residents can safely enjoy the festival.”
