Busan Urban Corporation Appoints Seven New Legal Advisors
Legal Advisory on Real Estate Development, Contracts, and Labor for Two Years
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC, President Kim Yonghak) announced on the 4th that it has appointed seven legal advisors as of September 1 to provide counsel and handle litigation for various tasks promoted by BMC.
The newly appointed legal advisors will provide legal counsel on matters such as real estate development projects, contracts, and labor for two years from the date of appointment, and serve as legal representatives in disputes related to the corporation.
The newly appointed legal advisors are: Kang Donggyu (Shinseong Law Firm), Kim Taehyung (Sangseung Law Office), Park Sohui (Gahwa Law Firm), Shin Yongsoo (Kim & Shin Joint Law Office), Lee Jeongro (Jeonghaengin Law Firm), Jeong Eunyeong (Jaeyu Law Firm), and Pyeon Serin (Oseong Law Office).
Kim Yonghak, President of Busan Metropolitan Corporation, stated, "As the scale of our projects increases every year and society becomes more advanced, the role of legal advisors in proactively responding to increasing legal disputes and diverse administrative demands is extremely important," and added, "We will become a corporation trusted by citizens through smooth project execution backed by the advice of legal advisors with extensive experience and expertise."
