Innocean Subsidiary Partners with US Swing Set for Global Content 'Contract Hunting'
Signed MOU with Video Production Specialist Swingset
Innocean's subsidiary, comprehensive content specialist company ‘Studio Lennon’, announced on the 2nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the US creative studio ‘Swingset’ for global content production business.
Through this business agreement, Studio Lennon and Swingset plan to develop content and expand business based on new technologies such as real-time, extended reality (XR), and artificial intelligence (AI). The two companies will also actively cooperate to expand the global creative network centered on the North American region beyond Korea and to discover new business opportunities.
Studio Lennon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the American creative studio Swingset to promote a global VFX (visual special effects) and CGI (computer-generated imagery) content production business.

Innocean acquired Studio Lennon in 2022 and incorporated it as a subsidiary. It is a company specialized in producing media content such as advertising, films, and CG animation based on visual effects (VFX) technology. In addition, it specializes in digital content and immersive content that combine new technologies such as real-time engines, XR, and AI.
Studio Lennon has collaborated with numerous brands including Hyundai Motor Company, Kia, and Nike, and recently produced media art exhibitions for Inspire Entertainment Resort and Gansong Art Museum.
Swingset is a video production specialized production company mainly operating in the US market. It provides turnkey production (contracting entire production) and post-production solutions such as creative editing, CG, visual effects and motion graphics, and soundscape construction. It produces content for global companies and brands such as Hyundai Motor Company, FootJoy, and Apple Music.
Swingset stated, “In a situation where possessing new technology capabilities is becoming increasingly important in the North American market, this business agreement will greatly help the technological development and business expansion of both companies.”
