The Ulju-gun Mental Health Welfare Center in Ulsan City is operating the 'Senior Citizens' Mental Health Promotion Center' at four senior centers?Cheonjeon in Sangbuk-myeon, Jungri and Daehyeon in Dudong-myeon, and Ijung Senior Center?from the 7th of this month until the 4th of next month.
The Mental Health Promotion Center is a program with high satisfaction among participants, offering prevention and treatment guidance for mental health issues such as depression and stress, coping strategies, and education and counseling on health management through Korean medicine.
