OpenAI Launches 'Enterprise Customization Feature' for GPT-4o
OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT, has launched a fine-tuning feature for its latest artificial intelligence (AI) model, 'GPT-4-o.' This feature allows companies to train the AI with their own data for customized use.
On the 20th (local time), OpenAI announced the introduction of fine-tuning services for GPT-4o. Through fine-tuning, companies can train the AI model with additional information on specific types of tasks or subject areas.
For example, a skateboard manufacturer can train the model on details about wheels and board maintenance and then use it as a customer service chatbot.
Olivier Godement, Head of OpenAI's Application Programming Interface (API) products, said, "We are focused on enabling customers to more easily customize the most powerful models by working directly with the company."
