The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, together with Bucheon City, will hold the '50+ New Middle-Aged Job Festa' from the 21st of this month to the 11th of next month to support middle-aged and older adults seeking employment.

This event is the first collaborative effort among nine organizations, including the Gyeonggi-do Baby Boomer Job Opportunity Center operated by the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, Bucheon Employment Welfare Plus Center, Bucheon City Job Center, Bucheon Regional Labor-Management-Civil Cooperation Council, Bucheon Lifelong Learning Center, and Bucheon Women’s Human Resources Development Center.
The ‘50+ Shinjungnyeon Job Festa’ is designated as an intensive employment week to encourage reemployment motivation among middle-aged and older adults and provide job and startup opportunities. It will be held every Wednesday at 2 p.m. throughout the month in the form of ‘Job Demand Days’ at the Bucheon Employment Welfare Plus Center and Bucheon City Labor Welfare Hall.
Those interested in job seeking for middle-aged and older adults can experience various employment services such as on-site interviews, one-on-one customized job transition and career development counseling, resume photo shoots, and interview consulting.
Additionally, consulting and business support counseling will be provided for those interested in startups and small business owners. There will also be special lectures on mental health and group counseling for a stable and happy retirement.
