Abko Secures Nationwide Pad Bank Supply Worth 16 Billion KRW... "Sales Expected to Increase with Supplementary Budget Expansion"
Abko announced on the 19th that it has secured a supply contract worth 16 billion KRW for 'PADBANK' through the smart device distribution project targeting elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide. The regions include Seoul Special City, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-do, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do.
PADBANK is a device that can simultaneously charge and store students' smart devices used in digital curriculum classes, such as tablets, laptops, Chromebooks, and Whalebooks. The market is expanding in line with the government's Green Smart School and digital-based education innovation policies. Since the government pilot project in 2017, Abko has held the number one market share with its technological competitiveness and various business references.
Including this supply, education offices in Gyeonggi-do, Ulsan, Jeju-do, and Busan are also preparing distribution projects. The company explained that additional PADBANK supplies will be possible if the supplementary budget for the government's Green Smart School plan is allocated in the second half of the year.
