Kiwoom Securities to Acquire 350,000 Treasury Shares Newly

Kiwoom Securities announced on the 14th that it plans to newly acquire 350,000 treasury shares.
According to Kiwoom Securities, it plans to acquire 350,000 shares (approximately KRW 44.59 billion) on the market from the 16th of this month to November 15th. Including the 700,000 treasury shares already held, the company intends to cancel them by March next year. However, the actual acquisition amount may vary depending on future stock price fluctuations.
