Mapo-gu Office Staff Recharge Time at Seokbulsa Templestay
Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) conducted a temple stay program, a temple culture experience, at Seokbulsa Temple on the 12th for about 30 employees.
This temple stay is a healing program prepared by Mapo-gu to provide employees, who are exhausted from busy tasks such as civil service work, with a time to recharge and experience temple culture away from their hectic daily lives.
The employees who participated in the temple stay on this day relieved stress and restored their mental and physical health by experiencing meditation, having a temple lunch, and making prayer beads.
