Yogiyo and TMON Complete Compensation for Customers Affected by 'Yogiyo Gift Card' Incident
Issuance of New Gift Certificates and Additional 5,000 Won Compensation Coupons
Yogiyo announced on the 9th that it has completed compensation for customers affected by the Qoo10 (Timon) incident.
On the afternoon of the 8th, Yogiyo sent new gift certificates to affected customers via individual text messages. Additionally, a 5,000 KRW compensation coupon as an apology was delivered through the notification talk on the 'Yogiyo Customer Center' channel.
The compensation was issued to the customer phone numbers entered when purchasing gift certificates on Timon. The gift certificates can be accessed in the 'Gift Box' within the Yogiyo app, and the compensation coupons can be used after registering the number in the 'Coupon Box'.
On the 31st of last month, Yogiyo promised to resolve customer damages regardless of Timon's settlement payments through a gift certificate restoration plan.
