Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, Hometown Love Donation Program Designated Donation Project Idea Contest
Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 5th that it will hold a public idea contest related to the Hometown Love Donation System's designated donation projects.
Designated donations under the Hometown Love Donation System allow donors to specify the field within local government projects where they want their donations to be used. It is similar to a 'crowd investing (crowdfunding)' method.
This contest invites proposals on the theme of ‘innovative designated donation projects that can transform Gwangsan-gu and encourage donations,’ including ▲projects that benefit Gwangsan-gu residents ▲projects contributing to regional balanced development ▲projects with a high virtuous cycle effect through linking return gifts and fund projects.
The contest is open to all citizens until the 30th, and participants can download the form from the Gwangsan-gu website, fill it out, and submit it by mail, visit, email, or Naver Form.
