Busan Urban Corporation Steps Up to Support Local Revitalization Spaces
Rental Apartments Transformed for Culture, Arts, and Youth Startups
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) is recruiting individuals and organizations to participate in the "Vitality Space, Unleash Your Dream!" project until the 31st.
This project is designed to revitalize the local community and promote exchanges among residents by offering four commercial spaces owned by the corporation free of charge to applicants engaged in activities related to ▲culture and arts ▲youth entrepreneurship ▲caregiving ▲ESG initiatives.
The lease period for the commercial spaces is guaranteed for up to five years (three years basic + two-year extension), supporting the smooth implementation of creative and diverse activities for local revitalization. Both the security deposit and rent are provided free of charge, and facility renovations will be supported if necessary.
The project targets two spaces each in the "Dadae 3 District Apartment Complex" and the "Hakjang-dong Guhak Village Commercial Complex," with an on-site briefing session scheduled for August 13.
Applicants may apply for one or two combined spaces according to their utilization plan. Detailed information regarding the project schedule, eligibility requirements, and required documents can be found in the announcement on the corporation's website (Notice/Announcement/Lease Announcement).
