Korea Federation of SMEs Holds On-site Lecture at Seorin Bioscience for 'SME Daddy Project'
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 30th that it conducted an on-site lecture for 20 participants, including representatives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) established within the last seven years, at the Seorin Bioscience Seorin Global Center as part of the 'SME Daddy Long Legs Project.'
This on-site lecture was delivered by Hwang Eul-moon, Chairman of Seorin Bioscience, and Han Myung-soo, CCO of Woowa Brothers.
Chairman Hwang Eul-moon spoke on the theme of "A New Business Paradigm: Awakening the Power of Humans," sharing with junior entrepreneurs the leadership qualities and virtues that SME founders should possess, as well as methods for managing people's hearts. Chairman Hwang emphasized the necessity of a different way of thinking, stating, "We are now in an era where differences in thinking become competitiveness."
Following this, CCO Han Myung-soo delivered a lecture titled "Designing and Nurturing a Flexible Organizational Culture," highlighting the need to design organizational culture at the early stages and emphasizing the influence and importance of organizational culture on the success of startup companies.
CCO Han Myung-soo stressed the relationship between organizational culture, leadership, and performance by saying, "From startup to unicorn, the foundation was a leadership of top leaders who created organizational culture and norms that helped employees maximize their capabilities based on psychological stability and strived for consistency between words and actions."
