The foundation announced on the 30th that from the 22nd to the 26th, it operated an overseas training and volunteer program in Vientiane, Laos, targeting trainees of the Gyeonggi-do Technical School with the goal of nurturing global technical talent.
This program was designed to provide trainees with opportunities to directly experience the global business environment and local culture by visiting local companies, institutions, and schools, thereby fostering international development cooperation thinking and global competencies. A total of 20 people participated.
The Gyeonggi-do Technical School is an institution that cultivates specialized skills in national strategic industries and new growth industry occupations, and conducts advanced overseas training annually.
This year, it especially visited Laos, a key partner country for Official Development Assistance (ODA), to conduct vocational training institution practice and overseas volunteer activities.

Kim Seon-young, principal of Gyeonggi-do Technical School, stated, "Based on the experience gained through the program operation, we will provide international experiences to more trainees," and added, "We will support trainees to grow into global talents."
