The Road Traffic Authority announced on the 30th that it has changed its institution name to Korea Road Traffic Authority and unveiled a new corporate identity (CI).
The symbol of the Korea Road Traffic Authority is based on the English letter 'K,' representing Korea, and depicts roads extending in multiple directions. The colors blue and green signify growth and vitality, and safety and trust, respectively.
The Korea Road Traffic Authority is a quasi-governmental organization under the National Police Agency that carries out tasks such as education, publicity, research, technology development, and management of driver’s license examinations to prevent traffic hazards and obstacles on the roads.
