Korea Housing Finance Corporation Maintains Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rates in August
With Preferential Rates, Minimum Annual Rate of 2.95-3.25% Depending on Maturity
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) announced that the interest rates for the "Bogeumjari Loan," a long-term, fixed-rate, amortized mortgage loan, will remain unchanged for August.
Accordingly, the "Akkim-e Bogeumjari Loan" will have an annual interest rate ranging from 3.95% (10 years) to 4.25% (50 years).

In addition, if additional preferential interest rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied to low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of Jeonse fraud, the interest rate will be as low as 2.95% (10 years) to 3.25% (50 years) per annum.
