Doosan Bobcat, Five Current and Former Executives Detected for Embezzlement Charges...Dismissal Notice Issued
Doosan Bobcat announced on the 26th that it has uncovered breach of trust allegations against current and former executives of its subsidiary, Doosan Bobcat Korea.
Doosan Bobcat explained that through management diagnostics and internal audits conducted on Doosan Industrial Vehicle (now Doosan Bobcat Korea), a forklift manufacturer acquired in 2021, it discovered breach of trust allegations involving five current and former executives. The exact amount involved in the breach has not been determined.
Accordingly, Doosan Bobcat notified four of the executives of their dismissal on the same day. The remaining one has already retired, and Doosan Bobcat is reportedly reviewing measures regarding this individual.
Doosan Bobcat stated, "We will take actions according to proper legal procedures throughout the entire process and will continue compliance control activities to prevent recurrence in the future."

Doosan Bobcat plans to promptly disclose any confirmed facts, such as the individuals involved and the amount of damages, once they are established.
