BNK Kyongnam Bank Wins Integrated Grand Prize in Financial Services and Best Instagram Award in Banking Sector
All Content Planning, Production, and Development Handled Directly by Employees Without Outsourcing Agencies
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 26th that it received the Grand Prize in the Financial Services category and the Best Instagram Award in the banking sector at the 'Social i-Award 2024'.

The Social i-Award is the largest SNS awards event in Korea, hosted by the Korea Internet Professionals Association (KIPFA). It selects the most innovative and outstanding SNS services in areas such as design, branding, marketing, and content. This year, a total of 263 companies and 355 SNS platforms participated, with over 4,000 internet professionals serving as judges.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank was recognized for its excellence in overall SNS operations, including YouTube and Instagram content, service, and design, winning both the Grand Prize in the Financial Services category and the Best Instagram Award in the banking sector.
In particular, this award is even more meaningful as all content planning, production, and development for SNS was carried out by BNK Gyeongnam Bank employees without outsourcing to any agencies.
Since officially launching its SNS operations in 2021, BNK Gyeongnam Bank has received positive reviews for introducing a variety of content that highlights its identity and public value as a regional bank, such as 'Nini Unni,' a financial education series told through fairy tales; 'Great Invitation,' which introduces local restaurants run by small business owners and invites local residents to dine; and 'Gyeongwayu,' a stray dog adoption project.
Additionally, the bank stood out for its efforts to communicate with SNS users of various generations by extensively utilizing the character 'Dahaengi,' which was developed and produced directly by employees.

We will continue to develop a variety of meaningful and enjoyable content to communicate with our customers."
