Mr. A is accused of kicking a motorbike rider without cause on a street in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, at around 10:48 PM on the 12th.
CCTV footage near the scene, released by Channel A, shows Mr. A approaching and threatening the motorbike rider passing through an alley. Suddenly, Mr. A kicked the motorbike rider, and even after the rider fell and was pinned under the motorbike, Mr. A continued to threaten him. A witness to the incident said, "I kept hearing cries for help, so I went out and saw the motorbike had fallen over," adding, "The motorbike rider’s leg was caught under the motorbike, and he kept begging for help."
