T'way Air Second Half New First Officer Open Recruitment

T'way Air is recruiting new first officers.
T'way Air announced on the 16th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new first officers for the second half of 2024 until the 19th.
Applicants must be either graduates or expected to graduate by August 2024. They must hold a domestic transport pilot (land multi-engine) or commercial pilot (land multi-engine) certificate. Those holding a commercial pilot certificate will be recruited with an instrument flight rules limitation.
Applicants must have a total fixed-wing flight time of at least 250 hours excluding rear seat flight time, hold a Class 1 aviation medical certificate, and have an aviation English oral proficiency level of 4 or higher. Each qualification must be valid for at least 3 months and 1 year respectively as of the document submission deadline.
Additionally, applicants must hold a valid aviation radio operator certificate. Those with a JET limitation qualification are eligible to apply on the condition that they obtain the JET limitation qualification before joining. Document submission is open until 3 PM on the 19th. Results for each selection stage can be checked on the recruitment website. The selection process includes document screening, written test, first interview, practical test and aptitude test, and second interview. The final successful candidates are scheduled to join sequentially after October this year.
