He will cover LH's supply and operation status of purchased rental housing, securing housing quality, maintenance strategies due to housing aging, and present key tasks for expanding supply.

During the expert panel discussion, participants will exchange diverse opinions based on the presentations. The discussion will be chaired by Lee Young-eun, Head of the Housing and Residential Office at LHRI, with attendees including Park Kwang-jae, President of the Korean Housing Association, and Baek In-gil, Chairman of the Urban Reform Center at the Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice.
