Jiji Press "Japan's Kishida Approval Rating Hits All-Time Low...15.5%"
58.4% Do Not Support
Jiji Press announced on the 11th that, based on interviews with 2,000 people conducted from the 5th to the 8th, the approval rating of the Kishida Cabinet fell by 0.9 percentage points to 15.5%, compared to the lowest point recorded in the June survey.
On the other hand, the percentage of respondents who do not support Prime Minister Kishida rose by 1.4 percentage points to 58.4%.
The reasons for not supporting him (multiple responses allowed) were ranked as follows: "Cannot have expectations" (35.2%), "Cannot trust the Prime Minister" (25.4%), and so on.
Regarding the expected government after the upcoming House of Representatives election, "regime change" was higher at 39.3% compared to "continuation of a Liberal Democratic Party-centered government" at 36.3%.

Party approval ratings were in the order of the Liberal Democratic Party (16.0%), Constitutional Democratic Party (6.3%), Nippon Ishin no Kai (2.7%), Komeito (2.5%), and Communist Party (2.3%).
