Brian Impact Research Support Paper Accepted at World's Leading AI Conference
Achievement of 5 Papers Accepted at 'CVPR 2024'
The Brian Impact Foundation announced on the 11th that numerous papers have been accepted at major domestic and international AI conferences through its AI and software research support program, 'Paper Shop.'
Brian Impact signed a support agreement for the research program 'Paper Shop' with Moduui Research Institute last November to enable anyone outside the formal system to independently conduct AI and software research and write papers. During the agreement period, if a paper written through Paper Shop is accepted by a major journal or conference, Brian Impact will support up to 200 million KRW annually for overseas conference participation fees.
So far, a total of 35 research papers have been supported by Paper Shop: 15 in 2023, 5 in the first quarter of 2024, and 15 in the second quarter. Among these, 33 papers are in the AI field, accounting for 94% of all papers.
Among the papers supported by Brian Impact in the second quarter, five were accepted at CVPR 2024 (the International Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition), one of the world's top three international conferences in the computer vision field. In addition, numerous papers have been accepted at major domestic and international conferences and journals, including the prestigious NeurIPS (Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems), ICML (International Conference on Machine Learning), recognized as the top international conference in AI and machine learning, and ACL (Association for Computational Linguistics), a globally renowned natural language processing conference.
