5-Month Startup Incubation Program Conducted
Support for Various Financial and Non-Financial Services Including Mentoring, Consulting, and Demo Day
IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 10th that it has finalized the selection of IBK Changgong innovative startup companies for the second half of the year and will begin a five-month startup incubation program starting in July.
A total of 85 companies were selected this time, mainly in the sectors of ▲Health & Diagnostics (22.1%) ▲Knowledge Services (22.1%) ▲Information & Communication (20.7%). The selected companies also include those with both technological capabilities and innovation, such as a kids' financial fintech platform company and a company developing augmented reality (AR)-based surgical navigation systems.
IBK Changgong provides close mentoring and consulting services tailored to each company's situation after expert preliminary diagnostic evaluations of the final selected companies.
In addition, it plans to offer various financial and non-financial services, including investment and loan financial support through IBK Financial Group, VC investment linkage, collaboration and market development support through open innovation with large and medium-sized enterprises, industry-academia-research technology matching programs, and global expansion programs.
