Korea Life Insurance Association Appoints Former Financial Services Commission Deputy Director Kim Jun as New Executive Director
The Life Insurance Association announced on the 5th that it has appointed Kim Jun, former Deputy Director of the Financial Services Commission, as the new Executive Director. Kim's term as Executive Director will begin on the 8th.

Born in 1972, Executive Director Kim graduated from Shinil High School and the Department of English Language and Literature at Kookmin University. He began his public service career in 2002 at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the predecessor of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Financial Services Commission, and served in various departments including the Small and Medium Finance Division, Capital Market Investigation Team, and Administrative Personnel Division. He also served as the Head of the Operations Information Team at the Planning and Coordination Office of the Financial Services Commission.
